The first floor hosts two large suites, each around 2400 square feet. These include expansive work areas with multiple private offices, conference rooms, kitchenettes, and dedicated IT rooms. One suite features a large reception and additional ADA-compliant restrooms, while the other offers fully furnished cubicles and a flexible open space, both adjacent to the Courtyard.

On the second floor, the available space ranges from a small, fully furnished 321-square-foot office overlooking the Courtyard to a larger 2400-square-foot area ready for customization. This larger area includes upgrades like new paint, flooring, and a kitchenette, tailored to tenant specifications.
